Who this is for
Cantera Pro is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.
What we collect
We collect account information (name, email, phone, role), profile details (photo, position, height, weight, dominant foot), performance and match data, CP Band health metrics (heart rate, sleep, stress, SpO₂, steps, calories), and messages you send through contact forms.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the platform, generate dashboards and reports, schedule sessions, process payments, communicate with you, and improve the service.
No sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. We only use the service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email), and they may only process data on our behalf.
Security
We use role-based access, encryption in transit, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage strong passwords.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage CP Band sharing from the app, and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
